对Ni3Al激光表面处理温度场的计算机模拟

摘    要:本文应用经典热传导理论,借助计算机解析方法计算YAG激光对金属间化合物Ni3Al材料进行表面时非稳态温度的分布和变化规律。分析了激光工艺参数以及增加铜热吸收基底度场的影响。

Abstract:In this paper, transient tempelature field induced by YAG Laser on the surfaoe of intermetallics Ni3Al is studied by using analytical method as well as classical heat conduction theory.Results denote that factois of YAG laser such as output eneigy and pulsed time togethei with the adding of copper heat absorption substra-ta play a gieat role.Transformation of microstiucture and mechanical property of Ni3Al material after processed by YAG laser is analized and discussed while being compared with experimental data.
