传统机械加工与激光加工通孔质量的比较研究

摘    要:主要通过模拟激光打孔温度场分布以及试验来比较机械打孔和激光打孔的质量,同时也对激光加工微小深孔进行了试验,试验结果表明激光打孔比机械打孔具有更多的优点,而且在某些应用领域,激光打孔更是优势显著。

Abstract:Compare the quality of mechanical drilling and laser drilling by simulating the temperature distribution in laser drilling and experiments,and also on the laser processing experiments for small-deep hole.The results show that laser drilling has more advantages than mechanical drilling and in some applications,laser drilling is a significant advantage.
