| 摘 要： | 由于房地产开发项目选址的决策环境具有模糊性,对宏观环境下的微观影响因素进行了阐述,介绍了模糊意见集中决策的方法和步骤,并将该法运用于房地产开发项目选址决策中,对方案集合中的对象进行排序,以求最佳的项目选址方案。

| Abstract: | According to the fuzziness of decision-making environment in site selection of real estate project micro-influencing factors under macro-environmental conditions are analyzed.Based upon this centralized decision method of the fuzzy opinion is presented.In this paper practical method and steps of this centralized decision making method are introduced.Through sequencing of centralized objects optimum scheme can be selected for site selection. |
