| Abstract: | From making constructing organized design, rational processing the constructing period, quality and cost as well as right choice of contract types, it discusses on how to control constructing cost by the combined method of skill and economy. Through skilled comparison, economic analysis and effect evaluation, it points out the combination of skill and economy is the best way of controlling and reducing project cost. |
