电气实验室设备的温升试验

摘    要:电气实验室设备的温升试验是考核设备防止火焰蔓延、防止灼伤、原器件耐热性以及设备整体电气安全性的重要方法之一。文章介绍了试验适用的产品范围、试验目的、设备工作环境条件、基准试验条件、单一故障试验条件、试验程序和符合性检查方法。经过本公司多年的试验研究以及与TOV的对比认为,本方法十分适合于试验产品对照GB4793.1第九、十章进行符合性检查。

Abstract:Heating up tests is one of the most important measures to inspect and evaluate protection against the spread of fire, surface temperature limits for protection against bums, component temperature limits and resistance to heat, and the integrity of clearances and creepage distances for electrical laboratory equipment. Applicable equipment scope, purpose of the test, operation ambient condition, reference test conditions, testing in single fault condition, conduct of temperature tests and conformity inspection are detailed. Years of experimental studies and comparison to TUV indicates that the test is applicable for conformity to chapter 9 and 10 for GB 4793.1.
