多型芯径向抽芯压铸模设计

轴套铸件上有12个周向均布的圆孔，压铸生产时需要多型芯径向抽芯。为此设计了一种特殊的轴套压铸模具，论述了模具结构特点和工作原理。该模具利用异形弯销、转盘及滑块完成多型芯径向抽芯，而未采用一般的齿轮一齿条机构或连杆机构，简化了模具结构。采用三脚推管推出铸件，解决了轴套铸件脱模难的问题。模具结构简单紧凑，工作可靠，操作方便，成型铸件质量好。

Design of Die Casting Mould with Radial Multiple Core Pulling

There are 12 round holes circumferencially equispaced on the axle housing cast, being in need of radial multiple core pulling. Therefor a particular die casting mould for the axle housing cast was designed. A dissertation is made on the structure characteristics and the operating principle of the die casting mould. The dog-leg cam, figure plate and slide block are used to realize radial multiple core pulling on the mould, and that gear-rack mechanism or connecting bar mechanism is not adopted, so that the die casting mould is simplified. A three-legged ejector sleeve is adopted in the die casting mould to take cast stripping mould, the problem that the cast difficultly demould is solved. The mould is compact in structure, credible and easy in operation. The quality of castings produced is high.
