矿用隔爆小型真空磁力起动器短路保护研究

摘    要:在综合分析国内外发展现状的基础上,研制了一种矿用隔爆小型真空磁力起动器保护电路。保护电路采用先进的单片机技术和新型的保护原理,对起动器进行断相闭锁、漏电闭锁、短路闭锁、短路保护以及过载保护。在实际应用中,起动器表现出了完善的综合保护功能和故障闭锁功能,提高了井下供电的安全性能。系统运行稳定、可靠,达到了设计要求。

Abstract:At present,most of mine small explosion-proof switches adopt manual mode,which has the problems such as function deficiency,without fault deadlock and so on.After synthesizing and analyzing the current development in and out,this paper has designed a kind of intelligent mine small explosion-proof vacuum magnetic starter.The advanced single-chip computer technology and the new protection principle are adopted in this circuit.In the trial,the starter represented perfect integrated protection and faults locking function.The communication circuit is credibility and stable.The requirement is fulfilled.
