| 摘 要： | 分析了当前国内外误差补偿技术的研究现状，针对该技术仍存在三个主要问题，以多体系统理论为基础，建立了各种类型三坐标数控机床的运动模型，对数控机床进行误差补偿，通过对原始数控指令进行误差补偿处理，得到修正后的数控指令，实现对工件的精密加工。

| Abstract: | In this article, analyses the update condition of error compensation technical research at home and abroad, aiming at the technology which has still three main questions, based on the foundation of multi-architecture theory, build varied sorts of motion modeling of three coordinates CNC machine, taking the error compensation to CNC machine through deal with the error compensation of originality CNC dictates, the correct dictates of CNC are got, and the precision machining of work-pieces are achieved. |
