摘    要:本文对磨喷油嘴陶瓷结合剂CBN砂轮的制备及应用进行了研究,制定了适宜的陶瓷结合剂CBN砂轮的制备条件。所研制的陶瓷结合剂CBN砂轮磨削性能好,生产效率高,使用寿命长,加工工件质量高,能很好地满足喷油嘴的加工要求,且性能价格比优于普通砂轮和进口陶瓷结合剂CBN砂轮。

Abstract:The preparation and application of vitrified bond CBN wheels for the grinding of fuel ijection nozzles were investioated in this paper. Suitable pepartion conditions for vitrified bond CBN wheels were determined. As-prepared vitrified bond CBN wheels have good grindingperformance, high production efficiency and l0ng life, and meet the grinding requirements of fuel injection nozzles excellently. Their per formonce-to-cost ratio are superiopr to those of imported vit rified bond CBN wheels and conventional aboasives counterparts.
