300M钢晶粒度腐蚀方法研究

摘    要:30 0M钢为航空锻件用超纯净高强结构钢 ,其晶粒度试验采用传统的腐蚀方法无法评定结果。通过进行脆性转变温度与晶粒度腐蚀清晰度关系试验、微观断口形貌分析、以及腐蚀液配比与时间选择等一系列试验分析 ,找出了 3 0 0M钢晶粒度试验最佳腐蚀方法

Abstract:M steel is a kind of super pure high strength structure steel used for aviation forgings, whose the testing of the grain size can not be evaluated by the conventional corrosion method. This article has described the optimized corrosion method for the testing of grain size of 300M steel by means of the experiment of the relationship between brittle conversion temperature and corrosion definition of the grain size, the analysis of micro fracture profile as well as a serious of testing analysis of the corrosion liquid preparation and time selection.
