“浙江模式”的C—D形式检验及启示——基于CES生产函数

基于两要素固定替代弹性（CES）生产函数，根据浙江1978-2006年的经济数据测算出浙江资本和劳动的固定替代弹性系数接近于1，证明了C-D生产函数形式是分析改革开放以来浙江经济增长的合适工具，说明新古典增长理论较好地刻画了浙江经济增长的事实；实证结果同时也从相反的方面启示我们，浙江依靠传统要素红利带来的经济增长必不长久，必须寻求加快科技进步和产业结构优化等新的经济增长点。

Test and Inspiration for C-D of Zhejiang Model Based on CES Production Function

Based on CES production function for two factors, the paper has calculated the coefficient of CES between K and L, which is approaching to 1, according to the economic data from 1978 to 2006 in Zhejiang. The result of calculation shows that the C-D is the proper economic analysis tool to Zhejiang Model and the Neo-classical Growth Theory characterizes the fact of economic growth. However, if viewed from opposite side, the result also shows that the economic growth, which is dependent on the traditional factor bonus, can not continue. Therefore, the province has to obtain science ＆ technology progress and promote industrial structure optimization as new motive power.
