摘    要:采用X-射线荧光光谱法测定石灰石中CaO含量,对影响分析结果的主要不确定度分量进行讨论和分析,建立了数学模型。通过对试样称量、测量重复性、标准物质、工作曲线变动和高低标校准引起的不确定度分量的评定,计算了合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。评定结果表明,标准物质引起的不确定度对总不确定度影响最大。

Abstract:X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was used to test the CaO content in limestone. The main uncertainty components affecting the results were analyzed and discussed,and a relevant mathematical model was established thereby. By analyzing the uncertainty components which were caused by sample weighing, repeated measuring, standard material,regression of calibration curve and calibration of high and low standards,the combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated. The results indicated that the uncertainty caused by the standard material had the greatest influence on the total uncertainty.
