| 摘 要： | 分析我国工程建设项目风险分担管理中存在的问题,引入霍尔三维矩阵,构建工程建设项目的程序、逻辑和合同三维空间结构,论述合同体系在工程建设全面风险管理中的重要作用.构建以合同体系为中心的工程风险管理模式,围绕项目主体系统,识别和评估风险子系统,以实现工程风险的分担管理.

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the risk-sharing way in project domain at present in our country,and establishes complex three-dimensional space structure of engineering construction project with contract-system,logic and process by introducing the Hall three dimensional matrix of the hard systems-engineering method in order to elaborate the vital role of contracts in project risk management as knowledge accumulation.It design basic risk-sharing model of projects with contracts as the main subsystem,and revolves the involver-system to recognize and appraisal risk-system,and then shares project risks between all involvers. |
