| 摘 要： | 本文在位相测量研究的基础上，成功研制了具有时间相移功能的三维电子散斑干涉仪，并将这一仪器应用在典型实验上，对其可靠性作了验证。本仪器在时间相移功能上能直接和独立得到U、V和W场。而且W场是测量的离面位移，是独立的分量，和U、V场无关，更符合工程测量的需要。

| Abstract: | The 3DESPI machine with time phase displacement function is designed successfully based on the phaseshift research. The machine reliability is approved in the tipical experiment . The machine with time phase displacement function can get u, v, w path of ray directly and separately, and w path of ray is pure,it is more suitable for the measurement of engineering structure. |
