摘    要:为研究肌肉疲劳与人体温度变化之间的关系,探讨皮肤温度变化作为人体肌肉疲劳衡量指标的可能性。借助红外热成像技术观测并分析了肱二头肌和肘关节在不同负荷作用时其表面温度变化的特点。结果表明:在条件严格控制下,利用红外技术能够探测人体肌肉的疲劳;体表温度的变化与主观疲劳感觉等级(RPE)值具有较高相关性,体表温度的变化可作为衡量肌肉疲劳的参考依据之一;但由于体表温度和疲劳感受不同步,将温度作为唯一衡量疲劳程度的指标是不够准确的。

Abstract:This research aims to study the relationship between muscle fatigue and its temperature and try to explore the feasibility that muscle temperature is used to measure muscle fatigue. The researcher observes the characteristics of fatigue by infrared thermal imaging technology. The result shows that infrared thermal imaging technology can detect muscle fatigue under strictly controlled condition. There is a high correlation between muscle fatigue and its temperature. Muscle temperature can be used as one of indexes that measure muscle fatigue, however it is not accurate as the only index to measure fatigue due to the asynchronism of temperature and perceived fatigue of subjects.
