铸造旧砂资源化再生技术与创新

摘    要:中国虽然已是世界铸造"超级大国",但不是铸造强国。我国铸造行业仍然是资源和能源消耗大的行业。在我国,每产1 t铸件,造型和清理排废砂约1.3 t~1.5 t,若不重视铸造旧砂循环再生利用,生产的铸件越多,则对本国和本地区的资源和环境破坏也越大。本文对铸造旧砂的再生循环利用的可行性及工艺设备现状进行了阐述,认为铸造旧砂资源化再生利用是一种节能减排低碳高效的必然趋势。

Resources Reclamation Process and Innovation of the Foundry Used Sand

Abstract:Although China is the world's casting "superpower",but not the casting power. China's foundry industry is still a big resources and energy consumption industry. In China,each producing 1t casting,molding and cleaning up waste discharge sand about 1.3 t ~ 1.5 t. Without attention to the use of foundry sand recycling,the more the production of castings,then the greaterthe national and regional resources and environmental damage is greater. In this paper,the process equipment status and the the feasibility of recycling of old sand are elaborated. Foundry sand resource recycling is an efficient and low-carbon energy saving inevitable trend.
