摘    要:通过对ZG20Ni3材质化学成分的内控、热处理工艺实验和理论分析,确定了提高ZG20Ni3铸钢材质低温冲击韧性的多重热处理工艺,并使ZG20Ni3达到了-73℃的低温冲击韧性要求。

Abstract:Through chemical composition control,heat treatment process and theoretical analysis about ZG20Ni3,this paper presents multiple treatment process to improve the impact toughness of ZG20Ni3 cast steel at low temperature and meet the requirements of impact toughness at-73 ℃.
