| 摘 要： | 对复杂球铁桥壳类铸件,用传统方法进行铸造工艺设计开发存在工艺保障系数低,工艺开发一次成功率低和开发周期长的问题.本文阐述了应用SINOVATION（SV）的铸造工艺设计模块进行桥壳铸件的铸造工艺开发的整个过程,笔者认为该CAD/CAE开发系统的应用可有效缩短产品试制周期,提高工艺开发效率,满足生产需求.

| Abstract: | The casting process design of the axle housing casting with traditional method exists problems of the low technology security coefficient,the low one-time success rate and long development period. The application of SINOVATION（SV）casting process design module in the casting process development of axle housing was elaborated in this paper. The CAD/CAE development system is effective to shorten the product trial production period,improves the process development efficiency and meets the production requirements. |
