动力煤分级配煤技术

摘    要:针对不同燃煤设备对燃料煤粒度组成的要求和现有动力配煤的缺陷,提出了动力煤分级配煤技术,介绍了该技术的工艺原理、工艺流程及其关键技术。动力煤分级配煤可生产出粉煤和粒煤两种配煤产品。试验表明:层燃炉燃用粒煤燃料可节煤10%以上,烟尘排放减少60%以上。图2表1参5

Abstract:Aiming at the requirements of coal firing equipment on fuel size composition and the limitation of available coal blending processes, a new process of coal blending combined with size classification of coal was put forward, and its principle, flow sheet and a key technology were introduced. This new process can obtain two products: the fine coal blending fuel and the granular coal blending fuel. The results of tests indicated that that burning the granular coal blending fuel in layer combustion boilers can save fuel by over 10%, and reduce the dust emission by more than 60% compared with firing raw coal.
