智能算法的板材下料优化排样系统研究

摘    要:为了降低产品制造成本,提高企业竞争力,提高板材的使用效率,以及更为合理的使用钢板,开发了基于智能算法的板材下料优化排样系统,采用了遗传算法,研究了适用于二维不规则零件的排样系统,实现了零件自动化排样。

Abstract:In order to reduce the product production cost,enhances the enterprise competitive power,raises steel plate's use efficiency,more reasonable use steel plate,this article studied develops optimized the row of type system based on the intelligent computation plate yummy treats,has used genetic algorithm,studied has been suitable for the two-dimensional anomalous components platoon type system,has realized an automated components row of type.
