稀土在含铌钢中的作用规律

摘    要:研究了稀土对含铌钢组织和性能的影响,研究结果表明,稀土元素的加入使钢的纵横向强度先下降而后上升,钢的延伸率和冲击功则先上升而后下降,其对改善钢的强度和-20℃以下冲击功的各向异性不明显,而且对细化晶粒度和夹杂物级别影响不显著,但稀土元素的加入使铌的析出量略有增加。

Abstract:Effects of rare earth on the micro structure and properties of Nb-bearing steel have been investigated. Results prove that addition of rare earth elements into the steel causes the transversal and longitudinal strength of the strength decline initially and rise afterward, and the elongation and impact energy of the steel change in the reversal direction. As the results addition of rare earth in the steel could hardly improve the strength, anistropism and impact toughness below -20℃ and its effects on the grain refining and inclusion size improvement are also negligible, however it could probably offer a slight increase in Nb precipitation.
