切削液渗透毛细管的动力学模型研究

摘    要:在对切削液润滑作用及毛细管渗透过程进行理论分析基础上,建立了切削液渗透毛细管的动力学模型,通过对水和蓖麻油两种切削液渗透毛细管过程的理论计算认为,切削液有效润滑作用的必要条件是切削液渗透毛细管并在刀一屑接触区形成润滑层时有时间储备,否则切削液小能充分发挥润滑作用。

Abstract:The kinetic modeling of cutting fluid penetrated capillary was proposed on the basis of theoretical analyzing its lubricating action and penetrating capillary process.Through calculating time of penetrating capillary for water and castor oim cutting fluid, the results show that the required condition that there is lubricating action for cutting fluid is that there is a necessary storing time that the capillaries of cutting zone are filled in by them and formed lubricating films.
