地下储水空间雨洪利用适宜性综合评价研究

摘    要:针对地下储水空间雨洪利用的优先选址问题,采用层析分析手段,构建了包含3个层次8项指标的评价指标体系,制定了评价标准,确定了指标权重。在此基础上,采用模糊综合评价法,针对不同指标类型,分类构造隶属度函数,最终构建起地下水储水空间雨洪利用适宜性综合评价模型。实际应用表明,本指标体系与评价方法计算方便,可操作性强,在地下储水空间雨洪利用适宜性评价方面进行了有益探索。

Abstract:During rain-flood regulation and storage for the purpose of groundwater storage space selection, AHP method was used to construct a three-layer index system including eight indices, and the evaluation criteria and the index weight were calculated. On the basis, according to different index types, the different membership function was built. Finally, a multifaetor levei fuzzy appraisal model was established to evaluate the suitability of groundwater storage space. This model was applied in the Taihang piedmont plain. The results show that the model is capable and effective in analyzing and evaluating the suitability of groundwater storage space.
