高层建筑大底盘基础下CFG桩复合地基变刚度设计

摘    要:本文以某高层建筑大底盘基础的地基处理为工程实例,介绍了CFG桩复合地基变刚度设计的实际应用情况。在仔细分析建筑总体布局、总体荷载差异、局部荷载差异等与地基处理相关的工程特点的基础上,实例在确定地基处理范围、考虑边载影响、考虑基础底板荷载差异等方面深入应用了"变刚度设计"的理念。变形监测结果显示,复合地基采用变刚度设计方案取得了良好的处理效果。

Abstract:Taking the foundation treatment for certain high-rise building project with a large chassis base as the engineering example,the application of the variable-rigidity design of the composite foundation with CFG piles is presented.Based on the analysis of the engineering characteristics related to the foundation treatment such as the overall layout of the building,the overall load difference and the local load differ-ence,the concept of"variable-rigidity design"is fully used in determining the treatment area,in consider-ing the influences of the edge loads and the differences of the floor loads.The deformation monitoring re-sults show that the variable-rigidity design in composite foundation has achieved the good treatment effect.
