水利水电规划设计总院组织编制了水利水电工程概预算系列软件，包括设计概算，执行概算、外资概算（采购型）、投资估算、系列软件采用ＦＯＸＢＡＳＥ语言编制。

Popularization and Application of RCC in Rongdi Hydropower Station

The dam of Rongdi Hydropower Station was constructed by RCC. Cement replaced by fly-ash not only improved the environment, but also reduced investment. Moreover, it has other advantages such as faster construction speed, shorter construction period, and earlier obtaining benefit. The project bed no leakproof wall in design, a two graded RCC was adopted instead. This is the first use in engineering. A laboratory test shows that leakage-resistance is S8. After the dam completed, there is no cracks in the dam, except a little bit seepage water. This proves that the techniques are successful, and should be extended.
