常用渗碳材料渗层碳浓度分布数值模拟系统

摘    要:建立了不同渗碳条件下渗碳层深度和渗层碳浓度分布模型,通过Visual Basic程序设计语言开发了常用渗碳材料渗层碳浓度分布的数值模拟系统。该系统可方便、快捷地得到在一定工艺条件下相应渗层碳浓度分布和渗碳层深度,为渗碳工艺参数的优化设计和渗碳过程的自动控制提供了重要的参考价值。

Abstract:Carburized case depth and carbon concentration distribution model was established in this paper. Numerical simulation of the carbon concentration distribution in the carburized case of the usual carburized materials was designed through Visual Basic programming language. The program can provide concentration, case depth and chart of carbon concentration distribution conveniently, rapidly and precisely. Therefore,the program may be very useful to design the carburizing process parameters and control the carburizing automatically.
