摘    要:采用有限元法计算了HSK薄壁液压刀夹头承受均匀油压时的弹性变形量 ,预测了产生临界夹紧力的油压值和消除最大间隙量时产生的最小夹紧扭矩 ,预测结果与进口HSK薄壁液压刀夹头的设计值基本一致

Abstract:The finite element method is applied to calculate the elastic deformation of HSK hydraulic tool clamping head under uniform pressure. The oil pressure used for generating critical clamping force is estimated, and the minimum clamping torque is also estimated when the maximum clearance is eliminated. The simulation result agrees with the design value of imported clamping head.
