气化炉托砖板法兰损毁原因分析及改进措施研究

摘    要:气化炉托砖板法兰多次损毁是山东华鲁恒升化工股份有限公司大型氮肥技改项目存在的问题之一。通过对损坏的气化炉进行检查,发现气化炉托砖板法兰内径由780 mm均匀损毁至930 mm,且法兰约1/3圆周长度范围被烧穿。针对此2种现象进行了详细的分析,并从改造气化炉耐火砖、激冷环、托砖板法兰结构,更换激冷环垫片材料,进行严格检修控制和加强工艺管理等几方面对气化炉的改进进行了研究。

Abstract:The damage of refractory support flange in water-coal gasifier is one of the problems existing in the large-scale nitrogenous fertilizer modification project in Shandong Hualu-Hengsheng Chemical Company limited.After the analysis on the damaged gasifier,it was discovered that the internal diameter of refractory support flange was damaged equably from 780 mm to 930 mm,and about 1/3 circumference of the refractory support flange was burned through.In consideration of those two phenomena,improving measures were put forward such as by reforming the structure of fire-resisting brick,quenching ring and refractory support flange to be reformed,spacer material of quenching ring to be changed,and major overhaul to be controlled and workmanship management to be strengthened,etc.
