基于dSPACE的石英压电电机PID控制系统实时仿真

摘    要:dSPACE是基于MATLAB/Simulink仿真系统开发的软硬件实时控制工作平台,利用它可缩短系统的开发时间,节约开发费用。论文给出了石英压电直线电机系统的数学模型,并以此系统为研究对象,利用dSPACE单板系统DS1104对其进行实时仿真研究,实现了电机的PID控制,其控制参数可以在线调节。实验结果表明,与离线仿真相比,实时仿真更能体现出电机实际运行的效果。利用dSPACE进行系统调试具有方便、快捷、直观和高效的特性,为类似的电机控制系统的设计和调试提供了新思路。

Abstract:The dSPACE is a software and hardware real-time control platform based on MATLAB/Simulink.With dSPACE system,the time and cost for the development of control system can be reduced.This paper proposes the piezoelectric motor's mathematical model,and aims at real-time simulation for the motor system with dSPACE single board system DS1104,DS1104 's functions are evaluated by a PID controller.All parameters can be set or adjusted through ControlDesk and all input and output changes can be shown by virtual Plotters.Results show that real-time simulation is more effective to show actual running effect than off-line simulation.dSPACE has the characteristics of convenience,speediness,intuitiveness and effectiveness,it also offers a new way to design and test a similar motor control system.
