日历腐蚀环境下LY12CZ铝合金力学性能研究

摘    要:采用加速腐蚀当量折算谱模拟日历腐蚀环境,对飞机结构主体材料LY12CZ先做加速腐蚀后再进行疲劳试验,确定日历腐蚀环境对LY12CZ材料静强度和疲劳强度(S-N曲线)的影响。

Abstract:First, accelerated corrosion tests were carried out for LY12CZ, then, tension strength tests and fatigue tests were conducted. The equivalent environment spectrum of accelerated corrosion was applied to simulate calendar corrosion environment. The results show that:1) the tension strength of LY12CZ Aluminium does not change in statistics in some calendar years and then descends a little; 2)the fatigue strength is degraded with calendar years. On the basis of test data, the dynamic S-N curve is determined.
