摘    要:使用一个既能产生反射光衍射又能产生透射光衍射的特殊金属光栅作为分光器,研制一种新颖的高速光波偏振态测量系统。它没有使用转动光学部件或调制器,而是将金属光栅产生的四条1级衍射光的光强线性地转换为电信号,通过定标方法得到系统的非奇异的仪器矩阵,然后通过线性运算得到入射光的待测Stokes矢量。该系统结构紧凑、安装方便,可用作实时偏振测量术和椭偏测量术中的偏振态探测器。

Abstract:By employing a metallic grating as an optical splitter, which can produce both reflective diffraction and transmission diffraction, a novel high-speed photopolarimeter is designed. This instrument has no moving parts or modulators. The light fluxes of the four 1st order diffracted beams produced by the metallic grating are converted linearly into four electrical signals; the nonsingular instrument matrix of this instrument is obtained by calibration. And then the four Stokes parameters of the incidence light whose polarization state is to be measured is determined by a linear relation. This instrument is compact and simple to install, and can be used as a polarization state detector in real-time polarimetry and ellipsometry.
