| 摘 要： | 通用电子设备中常采用机柜、机箱安装形式.将各单机设备装在机箱内,再将机箱按设计要求逐一插入机柜.机箱有多种结构形式.文中就铝型材机箱的零件制造工艺作了详细介绍,并对铝型材机箱的零件进行了详细的工艺分析.针对机箱型材的特殊截面形状,合理确定了机加工工艺方案,设计制造了相应工装,保证了机箱加工质量.

| Abstract: | The communications electrical setting often appear with cabinet or case,and the units are fitted in case,and the case is inserted cabinet through guide.There are many forms in case.The manufacture technology of aluminium case is detailed in this paper.The parts for aluminium case have also been technically analysed.A rational process planning project is fitted,and the relevant frock is devised and manufactured.so the quality of the products is assured against the special section of aluminium case. |
