| 摘 要： | 在1/5太阳能电动车碳纤维车身模具与模型已经制作成功的基础上,总结了碳纤维车身成型的经验和方法,研究了车身成型模具的设计、制作工艺及其碳纤维车身的成型过程。针对车体模型的质量控制、模具切片方法选择等关键问题进行分析讨论,完成了车身模具与模型的设计和制作。

| Abstract: | Based on successful production of the 1/5 mould and model for solar electric car-bon fiber body, the experience and method of shaping carbon fiber body were summa-rized; the design and manufacture method of the forming die and the forming process of the carbon fiber body were studied. The key issues such as the control of model quality, the selection of die section-cutting method were analyzed and discussed; and the design and manufacture of the die and model for the carbon fiber body were finished. |
