M形热成形零件模具冷却系统设计与分析

摘    要:介绍了汽车用典型M形热成形零件模具冷却系统的设计,利用仿真软件模拟分析不同冷却参数对热成形模具的冷却效果,以连续冲压20个周期为研究对象,讨论无冷却系统、冷却水为层流流动和紊流流动状态下模具温度的变化规律,为热成形模具冷却系统设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:The cooling system design of a hot forming die for an automotive typical M-shaped part was presented. And the cooling effects of various cooling parameters on the die were studied by simulation software. With continuous stamping for 20 cycles as re- search object, the variation rules of the die temperature under conditions of without cooling system, with laminar flow or turbulent flow cooling water were discussed.
