基于CAE分析的花洒手柄注射模设计

摘    要:分析了花洒手柄的结构特点与成型工艺,利用Moldflow软件优化了注射模浇口位置,设计了二次流道潜伏式浇口、弧形齿条齿轮抽芯机构,介绍了模具结构与工作过程。模具结构合理,弧形齿条、齿轮的弧形抽芯结构动作可靠,可以实现圆弧型芯的顺利脱模,生产的塑件满足批量生产要求。

Abstract:The structural characteristics and forming process of a shower handle were analyzed. The gate location of an injection mould for the moulding was optimized by Mold- flow software; the submarine gate of secondary runner and the arc rack and pinion core-pulling mechanism were designed. The mould structure and working process were stated.
