基于DSP的电织针控制器设计

摘    要:电织针控制器设计采用DSPTMS320F2812来控制电织针运动,并用IR2110作为功率放大电路的驱动模块,构成的整个驱动电路具有结构简单、驱动能力强、功耗低的特点。通过DSP芯片产生驱动电路所需要的PWM信号,同时由DSP芯片采集和处理位置传感器信号,实现织针的反馈控制。DSP通过串口和PC机建立通信,实现PC机发布指令控制织针运动。

Abstract:The DSP TMS320F2812 was designed to control the electric needle movement and IR2110 was used as the dive modular of power amplification electric circuit for the electric needle controller. The entire drive circuit had characteristics of sample construction, powerful drive energy and low consumed power. The DSP implemented the closed-loop control of electric needle by acquiring the position signal through the PWM signal which DSP generated drive circuit need. The DSP communicated with PC by serial port so as to send control commands by PC to operate the motion of electric needle.
