RIPP加氢裂化技术新进展

摘    要:介绍了石油化工科学研究院(RIPP)近年在加氢裂化技术和相关催化剂开发方面的进展,包括新的精制段催化剂RN-32、尾油型裂化催化剂RHC-1、石脑油型裂化催化剂RHC-5、中油型裂化催化剂RHC-1M以及相关工艺流程的研究进展,如平行进料、中压下生产喷气燃料、多产柴油等工艺。

Abstract:The recent progress in hydrocracking process and related catalysts developed by the Research Institute of Petroleum Processing(RIPP)was introduced including new hydrotreating catalyst RN-32,RHC-1 hydrocracking catalyst for improving tail oil quality,RHC-5 hydrocracking catalyst for increasing heavy naphtha yield,RHC-1M hydrocracking catalyst for enhancing middle distillates production,and process optimization,such as parallel-feeding for processing mixed feedstock containing multi-heavy streams,producing jet fuel under medium pressure,maximizing middle distillates production and so on.
