摘    要:文章从系统结构、硬件、软件等方面对智能过流保护测试仪温度控制系统设计进行阐述,并对各部分功能进行了分析。基于单片机的温控系统具有节能环保、结构简单、操作方便、显示直观及精度高等优点,为进一步提高过流保护测试仪器的测试信号精度提供了科学的参考和依据。

Abstract:To further enhance the output signal voltage precision of intelligent over-current protection testing instruments, the tem- perature control system can set temperature threshold through the combination of SET key and ADD, DEC key. The temperature can be displayed by eight section common anode nixie tube, the changes in temperature can be perceived with temperature sensor DS18B20 components. When instruments work temperature is higher than the set, control system can open exhaust fan through the relay actuator, and the buzzer alarm temperature threshold also can be set up. The temperature control system based on single chip has the advantages of energy conservation, simple in structure, convenient in operation, show intuitional and higher precision etc, the research supplies further scientific reference and basis to further improve the over-current protection testing instruments signal accuracy.
