| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察激光治疗阵发性面肌痉挛的疗效。方法 :将 12 0例患者随机分为 3组 ,冶疗组 40例 ,采用激光穴位照射治疗 ,针刺组 40例 ,采用常规针刺治疗 ,药物组 40例 ,采用口服苯妥英钠等药物治疗。结果 :治疗组及针刺组的有效率与药物组比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗组的愈显率与针刺组比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :激光穴位照射治疗阵发性面肌痉挛疗效显著

| Abstract: | Purpose:To observe therapeutic effect of He-Ne laser irradiation therapy on colonic facial spasm.Method:One hundred and twenty cases of colonic facial spasm were randomly divided into three groups:Therapeutic group(40 cases)were treated with He-Ne laser irradiation therapy;Acupuncture group(40 cases)received routine acupuncture treatment: Medication group(40 cases)administrated orally Phenytoin Sodium.Results:The effective rate in both the therapeutic and acupuncture group was better than that in the medication group with significant different(P<0.05),and the cured-markedly effective rate of the Therapeutic group was superior to that of acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect ion of facial muscles colonic spasm with the treatment of He-Ne laser irradiation was significant. |
