摘    要:在电池生产中,将正负极板卷绕成电池卷是一项重要步骤,电池卷的好坏直接影响到电池的容量、收率、一致性及寿命,所以电池卷绕机自动化程度是关键。文章研究了TURBO PMAC2可编程控制器的组成及原理,讨论了TURBO PMAC2软硬件的功能和配置。并结合现场生产实际工作情况,优化多轴控制程序,改善卷绕机绕出电池重量不一和短路问题,提高卷绕机效率,为生产出精品电池提供电气控制保障。
