With the development of Chinese economy and political status, tbere are more intercultural communication between China and other countries.However, we are still lacking of the foreign language users who are expertise at understanding the native culture and the foreign cultures as well as the result of the competence to use World Standard English are rare. The nonstandard English, or interlanguage is frequently used everywhere. Therefore, it is very worthy of studying the characteristic of interlanguage and how the language learners acquiring it.
