浆料催化精馏酯交换合成碳酸二甲酯

摘    要:在内径25mm的填料塔内,采用平均粒径4μm的201×7型强碱性阴离子交换树脂为催化剂,以甲醇和碳酸丙烯酯为原料,对浆料催化精馏酯交换合成碳酸二甲酯新工艺进行了研究。考察了回流比、催化剂含量、进料醇酯比及进料总流量对该工艺的影响。实验结果表明,将浆料催化精馏用于酯交换合成碳酸二甲酯是可行的,在适宜的操作条件下(回流比4、催化剂与碳酸丙烯酯的质量比为0.03、甲醇与碳酸丙烯酯的摩尔比为8.5、进料总流量为3.0m ol/h),碳酸丙烯酯的转化率可达95%以上。

Abstract:Synthesis of methyl-carbonate from methanol and propylene carbonate by slurry catalyzed distillation in a packed column with inner diameter 25mm was investigated.The process avoided difficulties of conventional catalyzed distillation in loading and discharging of catalyst.The slurry in catalyzed distillation column was a mixture of catalyst and reactants.The catalyst was strong basic anion exchange resin with average diameter 4μm.Effects of reflux ratio,catalyst dosage,mole ratio of reactants and total feed flow on conversion were experimentally determined.Slurry catalyzed distillation process was proved to be promising for synthesis of methyl-carbonate.Under optimal experimental conditions:reflux ratio 4,m(catalyst) ∶m(propylene carbonate)=0.03,n(methanol) ∶(n(propylene carbonate))=(8.5,)and total feed flow(3.0mol/h,)propylene carbonate conversion could(reach 95%.)
