摘    要:为了同时满足爬壁机器人负载能力和运动灵活性的要求,设计了一种永磁吸附单元,并应用有限元分析法,建立了永磁吸附单元吸附力的计算模型,运用有限元分析软件分析了在不同参数下磁吸附力的变化,为永磁吸附单元的设计提供了依据.

Abstract:In order to satisfy the requirements on loading ability and maneuverability of the wallclimbing robot,it introduced a permanent-magnetic adhesion element. A FEM numerical model was developed to predict the magnetic force of the element. The variations of the force with the design parameters were analyzed and provided the basis of the design.
