| 摘 要： | 随着我国高校建设力度和速度的提高,小型立项维修工程项目决算审核工作得到越来越多人的重视。本文结合工程管理的实际经验,分析了高校小型立项维修工程决算审核的现状,根据全寿命周期管理的概念,从不同方面对如何做好小型立项维修工程决算审核工作提出了积极可行的建议。

| Abstract: | With increase of campus construction,final audit of college small maintenance project has attracted more and more attention.Combining with practical experience of project supervision,the present situation of final account audit in maintenance of college small project is analyzed in this paper.According to the lifecycle management,some active feasible suggestions are presented for preparation of final audit of college small maintenance project. |
