自养硝化过程中硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的紫外光谱解析

摘    要:本研究提出了一种基于紫外光谱法快速测定硝化反应过程中硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的方法。根据硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐纯溶液以及两者混合溶液的紫外光谱,可以计算得到混合溶液中的硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐浓度,解析结果与配制浓度有较好的一致性。在此基础上,采用离子色谱方法分析了硝化反应过程样品中的硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐浓度,结合样品的紫外光谱,采用偏最小二乘法建立相关模型,建立样品浓度与光谱数据的关系模型,并将它用于同一批样品浓度预测,结果令人满意。该研究提供了一种硝化反应器中硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐浓度的快速表征方法。
