| 摘 要： | 洛河发电厂锅炉引风机运行中多次出现振动超标现象,严重影响机组的安全运行。通过分析找出了引风机叶轮积灰、引风机失速、支撑导叶过度磨损是造成引风机振动超标的主要原因,并采取了相应的处理措施,取得了明显的效果。

| Abstract: | The boiler induced-draft fan had large vibration in operation for many times in Luohe power plant,seriously affecting safe and economic operation of the unit.By analysis it has found that the main causes are follows:accumulating dust in induced-draft fan blades;the induced-draft fan have stalled;excessive wear of the supported guide blade.Corresponding measures were taken and distinct effects achieved. |
