高压汽包炉水冷壁爆管原因分析

摘    要:通过试验、分析和对实际运行状况的调查,确定某高压汽包炉水冷壁爆管损坏的直接原因是氢损伤,进一步确认氢损伤的氢来源由于排污不畅和停用腐蚀导致介质浓缩下的碱腐蚀,并找出碱腐蚀的主要原因,提出了相应的处理措施.

Abstract:Through investigation and analysis of practical operation status, the authors determine the direct reason of water wall burst is hydrogen damage. Moreover, the author point out that the main reason is alkali corrosion under the condition of medium concentration caused by waste blowdown obstruction. The main reasons of alkali corrosion are found and relevant countermeasores are presented.
