| 摘 要： | 研究了直线振动筛的可视化设计计算系统.从开发系统的角度,归纳和总结出直线振动筛的设计计算内容、计算流程和求解模型.利用VB软件,并结合MatrixVB,采用模块化编程的方法,开发出直线振动筛的设计计算系统.该计算系统可对单质体或双质体等不同类型的直线振动筛进行综合性设计计算,可快速求解出振动筛的各种设计参数.最后,以某企业生产的大型直线振动筛为研究实例,证明了该系统的有效性.

| Abstract: | The visual calculation and design system of linear vibrating screen was studied and developed,the calculation content,flow and model for the system development were summarized.Using the methods of modularization program,the VB and MatrixVB were combined to design the calculation system.The calculation and design of single or double plastids linear vibration screen can be carried out under the system,and all kinds of design parameters can be solved rapidly.Taking an enterprise's large linear vibrating screen as an example,the validity of the system was proved. |
