基于CC1101的高压开关柜触点温度在线监测系统设计

摘    要:针对高压开关柜的高压、强磁场工作环境,提出了基于CC1101的无线温度在线监测方案,实现了高压开关柜的触头温度监测。该方案是采用供能CT进行供电、通过无线传输方式实现的点对多点的无线组网的测温系统,该系统还具有温度越限报警和显示的功能,通过485总线,系统能与综合控制显示模块相连接,最终将数据上传以太网,实现对高压开关柜内接头温度的远程实时在线监测。文章介绍了该系统的具体实现,并对整个系统在软硬件方面采取了相应的抗干扰的措施,保证系统的可靠性。

Design of On Line Monitoring System of Temperature for High Voltage Switchgear Contact Based on CC1101
Abstract:A resolution to measure temperature of HV(high voltage) switchgear has been brought forward,which is based on wireless RF module CC1101 and used in the circumstance of HV and powerful electromagnetic field.The system is composed of power supply CT,wireless transmission,point-to-multipoint network installation and also has the temperature outof-line alarm function.With 485 bus,the system can be connected to integrated control display module to upload temperature data to ehternet,which realized the remote real-time online monitoring of the temperature of HV switchgear.
