| 摘 要： | 铬渣是社会公认的有害工业废渣。酒钢烧结将铬渣作为一种烧结辅料在生产中回收利用,经过烧结机高温焙烧后,将其中的Cr＋6还原为Cr＋3,从而达到无害化处理的目的。酒钢1#、2#烧结机完成了河西地区化工厂历史堆存10万t铬渣还原解毒,同时周边居民生活环境得到显著改善,逐步降低地下水污染的危害,带来巨大社会效益。

| Abstract: | Chromium slag is widely-recognized hazardous industrial waste. sintering Chromium slag were recycled as auxiliary sintering material in the production in JISCO. By high temperature roasting,the Cr＋ 6was reduced to Cr＋ 3,so as to achieve the purpose of harmless treatment. Reduction and detoxification of 100000 tons of historically storied chromium slag were finished in JISCO 1 #、2 # sintering machine in thechemical plant in Hexi District,while living environment for surrounding residents was significantly improved,the detriment of groundwater pollution gradually reduced,bringing enormous social benefits. |
